Stacy Sollisch was born and raised near New York City, and she has the Big Apple’s distinctive, warm, can-do spirit.

Stacy is a renaissance woman in every sense of the word. One career highlight was attending culinary school and becoming a sought-after pastry chef. She and her dessert creations found an enthusiastic audience in Montauk on Long Island, in New York City, and in Florida.

Stacy loves being outdoors in the sun, so when Florida called, she moved to Palm Beach. She worked full-time as a Federal Express swing courier in Palm Beach County, a position she held for 15 years. Stacy also took advantage of FedEx’s generous tuition reimbursement program and got her bachelor’s degree in Plant Science at the University of Florida.

Stacy’s enterprising spirit then led her to start her own full-service landscape design firm in Palm Beach County, combining her love for the outdoors with her artistic skill. She created lush tropical landscapes and installed and maintained them, from smaller boutique designs up to five-acre estate properties.

After 15 years running her own landscaping business, the idea of a slower pace began to become more and more attractive. As an artist, Stacy had always admired the unique arts and crafts that came out of the southwest, so she moved to New Mexico. She absolutely loves it here in Silver City, and its unique, artistic vibe inspires her.

Stacy also loves being part of CENTURY 21 Hacienda Realty’s award-winning team of real estate brokers. She’s the ideal partner when it comes to figuring things out, especially skilled in helping you see how a property can work. As an artist, Stacy values collaboration, and partnering with clients to buy and sell homes.

In her spare time, Stacy now makes pottery and teaches beginning pottery classes. She also makes stained glass, has even mastered blacksmith-style welding, and is learning to paint using watercolors. She blends her artistic gifts with her service-oriented nature to make large art installations for clients for their properties. You’ll love her ingenuity, her creativity, her true artist’s eye, and her warm, friendly demeanor. She’ll roll up her sleeves and get to work, and looks forward to working with you!

Highlights from treasured clients:

"Stacy was very attentive to our needs. She was on it and helped keep us on track. Stacy stayed in touch with us thru the whole process and would always follow-up on even the smallest detail. I highly recommend her services and would use her expertise on any future purchases."

"Stacy is very knowledgeable. She is extremely professional, caring, dedicated and responsive. Whether responding to email, text or phone calls she will respond appropriately and in a timely manner. She took care of all the little details (that we did not know) and performed her duties with the utmost professionalism. When we were first contacting brokers, I emailed several and she was the first and only one to respond within 48 hours. Hence, that is the main reason we chose Stacy. She walked the property with us, gave us her professional insight, opinion and options. Stacy is a people person, treated us like family not like a business opportunity and is a great asset to her profession. Stacy is #1 on our list of brokers! Excellent job!"

"Miss Stacy was nice enough to take her time to show my husband and I homes for sale on Thanksgiving day-as no one would do that. She went out of her way for us. Finally, we bought a beautiful home, thanks to her. If you are looking for someone honest, patient and sincere, Miss Stacy Sollisch is the one to contact at "Hacienda reality "
