I am a native of Silver City, with roots tracing back to the 1800s when my ancestor George O. Perrault settled in the Mimbres Valley after journeying from Quebec, Canada. He became a highly successful businessman and rancher in the area.
Before embarking on my career as a Real Estate Broker, I gained invaluable experience at Western New Mexico Title Company. Starting at the front desk, I quickly learned to assist in every department, gaining a deep understanding of the importance of title searches and title insurance in property transactions. This experience provided a solid foundation for my career in real estate and allowed me to build connections with numerous local Realtors, inspiring me to join their ranks.
After my time at the title company, I was offered a position as a Property Manager Assistant at a thriving real estate office. In this role, I helped manage 100+ properties in Silver City, gaining priceless experience and a profound understanding of the industry.
After this period, I decided to pursue my real estate license and dedicate my career to helping individuals buy and sell homes.
