Thank you for your interest in Century 21 Hacienda Realty's Buyer's Workshop!
As you may have heard or experienced, it is now mandatory that ALL REALTORS have a signed Agreement with a Buyer BEFORE showing a Buyer a property.
This workshop is designed to help answer these questions and get you ready to buy a property. Whether you are actively looking right now, or just thinking about the possibility, we can help you answer your questions.
We will review the new Buyer's Broker Agreement and the MLS changes, leaving time for a Q&A session for questions.
Space is limited. All attendees must be registered.
This workshop is offered at no charge.
